Jaumin and Landstede Hammers deserve applause, Juventus win Group A




Landstede Hammers Zwolle saved the best for the last and signed off the debut season with a 56-52 road win over Bakken Bears Aarhus on Tuesday, February 13, at the Sparekassen Danmark basketball center.

Visitors did amazing job, especially in defense.


Noah Dickerson finished the game with 12 points and nine rebounds.


A former Washington Huskie power forward had two steals and one blocked shot.


Coen Stolk also scored 12 points.


Zwolle captain registered five rebounds, two assists and one steal.


Darius Quisenberry checked out with 11 points and three rebounds.


DeAndre Pinckney led Bakken Bears with 10 points on 4/8 shooting from the field and 1/3 from the charity stripe.


Ryan Evans and Darko Jukič added 10 points each.



Key stats

It turned out to be a lowest scoring game in ENBL history.


Both teams combined for 55 points in the first half and only 53 points in the second half.


Landstede Hammers held the Bears to 23 points in the second half.


Bakken Bears shot 31 percent from the field (22/69), including 10 percent from the three point line (3/29).


Landstede Hammers went 5/22 from the deep, making 22 percent of their three point field goal attempts.

Format

Four best teams from each group will qualify for the playoffs (A1-B4, A2-B3, A3-B2, A4-B1).


The 2024 playoffs – home and away, best-of-two series – will take place from February 15 until March 26.


The 2024 Final Four will take place on April 9-10.
