The 2023 ENBL Final Four was played on April 11-12, at the Arena Ostrów in Ostrów Wielkopolski, Poland. BM Stal Ostrów won the first title, defeating BC Wolves Alytus, 70-66. Polski Cukier Start Lublin earned a bronze medal, while King Szczecin finished in the fourth place. Damian Kulig was named MVP.
