Siberian giants went on a 18-4 run late in a third quarter for a 56-42 lead.
Enisey doubled its lead in the final 10 minutes for a 28 points advantage.
Krasnoyarsk team outscored hosts in the paint 30-20.
Thompson forced eight fouls alone and his team went 23-of-27 from the charity stripe.
Valmiera made 7-of-12 free throw attempts.
Enisey reserves outscored Valmiera 34-10.

Enisey improved to 4-0 while Valmiera dropped to 0-6.
Vidzeme team won three of its last five game at the Pafbet Estonia and Latvia league however is still winless at the ENBL.
Valters Vēveris and Ervīns Jonāts didn`t played for the hosts.
There will be one more chance for Valmiera on March 3, with Borisfen coming over.
Enisey suffered two losses on the road recently at Tsmoki Minsk and UNICS Kazan.
The Siberian Giants have a 4-9 record at the VTB United league.
